Costs

High season: from June to september - Euro 4.620/week.
Mid season: April, May, October - Euro 4.340/week.
Low season: from November to March - Euro 3.710/week.

In correspondence with your booking for a stay at the holiday home Cà Livia1, you´ll receive a booking identification code. This is in order to grant greater transparency and confidentiality. Such code shall identify your booking and payment.

Minimum stay is three days, with check-in from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and check-out until 11 a.m.

The booking request should be valid and effective only after confirmation on behalf of Cà Livia1.


For such purpose, after having checked the availability of the house for the period chosen and having received the confirmation on behalf of Cà Livia1, the Customer should pay 50% of the cost of the whole stay within 3 days by credit card or bank allowance.

Upon receipt of the advance payment, Cà Livia1 should inform the Customer by e-mail about the booking confirmation and the receipt of payment.

The amount due should be settled within the seventh day before the date of beginning of the stay bank allowance.

Cancellation and/or withdrawal Any cancellation of and/or withdrawal from the stay on behalf of the customer should be communicated to Cà Livia1 3 weeks in advance with a fee of 15% of the cost of the stay. If the advance notice of cancellation and/or withdrawal is given within a shorter time than referred to above, an increased fee of 40% of the cost of the stay will be applied. In case of no-show, the Customer is obliged to pay Cà Livia1 the amount of the whole stay.

Deposit As guarantee for any damages, upon arrival at Cà Livia1, the Customer will be asked for a credit card number or for lodging a deposit corresponding to Euro 1,000.00. This amount will be returned at the end of the stay.

Privacy  In compliance with article 13 of Law no. 196/03, we hereby inform that the collected data is for the only purpose of performing the service required. Such information should be communicated only to the personnel concerned with this activity and diffused only within the frame of the purposes of the service performed. This information may also be treated electronically according to the laws in force.
